Or Team Texiana, as some of us needing a shorter name to scream
across the dance floor called us! HA!

Congrats and Thank you SOOO much to everyone who danced this
weekend! Some of you may not have heard, but we beat Chicago by
an 8 point margin! Which means everyone had a hand in our winning
that Team Trophy! We seriously could not have done it without you!
We especially want to thank our newest competitors who joined us
this year - y'all got guts and so much heart!

Full results have not been posted yet, but here are some of the
highlights of Team TEXIANA!

- Our team SWEPT the entire top 5 placements of the Mixed proam
division! WHOO!!!
- Last year, our team was beaten by 300 points by Team Chicago
because the only hustle dancer we had was Jimmy Torres. This year,
we may not have had as many hustle dancers as they did, but as
someone said on our team: "We may not have the big guns, but we
are bringing lots of ammo!" Sure enough - we placed in every hustle
division we entered, and we even WON 3 of the divisions! IN HUSTLE,
y'all! We rock!!!
- Not only did we place in every division in hustle, we ALSO placed in
every division in WCS! Shoot, we even won a few here and there. :-)
Forgive me if I missed anyone - I will certainly be posting the full
results as soon as they are up. These are the 1st place finishes that I
remember. Please help me fill in the blanks!
